As a commitment to continuous professional development, Ashley is dedicated to obtaining her Canadian Registered Safety Professionals (CRSP) accreditation and updating training certifications related to human resources management.
Before beginning her career in Health and Safety, Ashley devoted her time to working with school-aged children as a Level I Early Childhood Educator. This position enabled Ashley to develop and hone life-long skills, such as respecting and protecting the integrity of others, utilising positive leadership and mentoring techniques, demonstrating empathy towards others, working effectively as part of a team, and applying powerful problem solving methods to reach solutions.
Ashley recognizes that this skillset is invaluable for any position in today’s job market. She is very grateful to have been imparted with such imperative knowledge and wisdom from the children she had the opportunity to work with.
